St. John Properties provided a $ 10 million bonuses for its 198 employees on the day of the annual holiday party on Dec. 7. This company is a commercial real estate company. “The bonus is given based on years of service. It doesn’t matter about a person’s position in the company”. This statement is provided by the President of St. John Properties while he was talking with Yahoo finance in a phone interview. The decision to give a bonus to all employees was the excellent decision we have taken. It was fair and helping hands for the company’s employees.

According to the company’s LinkedIn post, bonuses categorized from $150 to $260,000. Each employee received an average of about $50,000. No one knows about this bonus surprise, excluding five employees of the organization. St. John Properties Founder spokes in the party-“I drive the boat, but all employees the one who runs the boat. They only take this boat forward towards the goal. Without this team, we are nothing, also was not able to achieve our milestones”. He also recalled some memories of the company’s journey, how he had started his company with ten employees, and small office space in the year 2005. And now everything has been changed with the hard work, dedication, and contribution of every employee. We wanted to thanks and rewards for this fantastic success, so we have planned for this bonus.

At the time of this occasion, all employees were overwhelmed with emotion. One employee who has been with the company from starting this journey received a US$ 260,000 bonus. One new employee who started working this week received a US$ 200 bonus. After this announcement, the overall night was incredible. There were so many entertainment activities which were enjoyed by all employees. This scenario has been happened only because of the total contribution of employees and the growth of the company. It was one of the ridiculous experiences I have had in my overall business experience, said Maykrantz.
