Much like the rumors had said earlier, Apple Inc. has announced three iPhone devices in the official media event that took place at Steve Jobs Theatre. While two of them are normally priced devices, iPhone XR is the affordable choice for customers from Apple. Of course, the company has added a cool bunch of features in these devices, starting from the display to performance. iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR are powered by the A12 Bionic chip, which is the latest and powerful chip from the tech giant. All these devices are equipped with FaceID, the facial recognition tech from Apple.
Coming to the build, iPhone XS has a display of 5.8 inches. It should be noted that iPhone XS Max is a bigger version of the new iPhone, coming with a display of 6.5 inches. However, Apple has managed to keep the whole footprint of the devices under control even while enhancing the display size. Coming to the aspect of speed and performance, XS and XS Max would not disappoint. Apple has added a dedicated processor for the machine as well. This, when combined with the iOS 12, would offer the best experience. Coming to the camera sector of the device, XS and XS Max have the dual camera set up for the rear.
iPhone XR is the most affordable iPhone that was launched today, with its prices starting at $749. It should be noted that the iPhone XS and XS Max are priced at $999 and $1099 respectively. Because it’s a notably inexpensive device, iPhone XR has made some compromises. For instance, it does not have a dual-camera setup and 3D Touch is not also present. Instead of a Super Retina OLED Screen, iPhone XR makes use of an LCD Screen, which is a bummer. However, XR is still powered by the new A12 Bionic chip itself. The products will start shipping from October 26.
