It’s been approximately 557 days since the launch and Starman with his Tesla Roadster have completed the first orbit around the sun. SpaceX did the test flight of the Falcon Heavy rocket and deployed the payload of Tesla Roadster electric car in the space, with dummy Starman as the sole passenger in the driver’s seat. Both the vehicle and passenger has complete the orbit around the sun, which is nearly 762 million miles of travel in 557 days.
Tesla and SpaceX are sharing the real-time data of the Roadster and Starman on the online portal. According to the portal, the Roadster and Starman duo has completed the orbit around the sun for 1.004 times at the time of writing this news. Currently, the speed of Vehicle in the space is 1,521 km/h or 0.42 km/s. Also, the distance between the earth and the Roadster is roughly 298,588,196 km or 1.996 AU ( Astronomical Units ).
